Founded by Frank Watson, the company began with a passion for craftsmanship and a dedication to the community. Through three generations, we’ve restored historic buildings, created cherished homes, and delivered spaces that stand the test of time. Each build tells part of our story.
Harbour Warehouses Restoration - 1948
Reviving Guernsey’s maritime heritage, we restored 19th-century stone warehouses along the harbour, carefully retaining their rugged façades while upgrading interiors for modern use.
St. Martin’s Farmstead Conversion - 1952
An agricultural homestead was sensitively reimagined into a family residence, blending original granite walls with new timber features that respected its rural setting.
Townhouse Terrace Rebuild - 1946
After wartime damage, we rebuilt a row of Victorian townhouses, preserving their historic street character while ensuring they met contemporary living standards.
